Another year has began..YAY!!! Our first practice is next Monday.
I wretsle for an all boys team at Warren Lincoln High School, in
Michigan. I have been the only girl on the team since eight grade.
I love it so much, wrestling is heaven. Our ALPHAS are the week of
the 12th and I am 25 pounds over weight. I know I need not cut, but
I have wrestled between 130 and 135(137 in middle school) since I can
rememeber. the thing is I can lose my fat weight in no time. I have
stopped drinkning soda and stopped all the junk food. In the next to
week I have to work my ass off. I also swim for my high school, so I
will not be in shape right away. All the other guys that don't do
any sporst have time to condition right away. I'd die doing both
conditioning and swimming. In ninth grade I conditioned for
wrestling and played on the basketball team. It wasn't as hard,
because basketball doesn't envolve all of your muscles, like swimming
does. Then you have wrestlign which uses any muscle you can think
of, but not all at once like swimming does. Everything has it's ups
and downs. I will not be able to finish the wreslting season here.
I am moving up to the Uppers Pennisula, in November...which is pretty
close coming up. I hope to wrestle at Luthern North Tournament, an
awesome Varsity individual/team tournament. It is kool, it is a team
tournament that goes 2 round elimination. Can't wait for this season
to get going.
