Niki,
Your school does not have the right to deny you
participation in wrestling. Are you in High School? or
Middle School?
I would have your parents call the Principal or
Athletic director and mention Title IX and threaten a
suit. They can not deny you participation by federal
law.
Until this is all worked out I suggest you find a club
team in your area and get wrestling. USA Wrestling
would have a list of all sanctioned clubs in your
area. This would be the best way to start our
wrestling while you wait for the school thing to be
worked out.
