hi i am 13 and well last year was my first season of wrestling and i really enjoyed it. to get in shape for this season i ran cross country for my school. it was fun to be part of a team and also i wasent laying around all the time. i also enjoy running track to keep in shape after wrestling is over. cheerleading is also a good way to keep the pounds off. wrestling is a good experience and i am glad that you joined. women really need to show that we can do anything boys or men can do and in most casaes we can do things better. so to keep in shape thia year eat lots of healthy snack and meals not all the junk food some of your nonathletic friends can eat. hope you have fun in wrestling i know i did.
