Conditioning is key when starting to
wrestle ...I coach High School wrestling ...I find that even though we
don't know a lot of moves ....we can usually out last our opponents
in the third period by training harder that the other teams .....situps, pushups jumping jacks or just plain running
... ..any kind of exercise will help you a lot .....

will be on the bottom a lot when you are just
starting out. but don't
