Yes, I hope many women will utilize this group to
learn, as well as share information. I don't object to
men participating as well -- what is your consensus?
<br><br>I originally purchased my first gun only a little
over a month ago for home protection. That was a Smith
& Wesson 686 Plus .357 Magnum 7-Shot Revolver. I
use .38's with it, and it is a fine gun to shoot. I
started mainly single action, but now I'm getting
proficient with double action mode. <br><br>I then tried a
Ruger Mark II to see what a .22 was like, and really
enjoyed "plinking" with it. So, of course, I bought one.
Then there was this GREAT sale on SIG P225 9mm.......
and here I am! :-) I did NOT intend to buy the P225
that quick, but it was a sale I couldn't pass up.
<br><br>As far as hunting goes - I've never hunted. I'd be
interested in it though. <br><br>I have several great links
