Ice runners for ST 49

Does anyone have any advice for runner design for the ST49? We made
the rules to read 2 sets allowable .25''x 36 long max. I'm thinking of
designing a set for the new boat. I'm in a quandary about how much
flat to put on them, lead in, pivot point etc.
