It was a funky day. I got to Cox's Park around 3:00 and it was dead, out of the
sw.The weather radio was calling for W.I was there so I started putting equip.
together.Started with my 9 ,6 board and 6,6 sail. I farted around a bit on it
,but got board.not enough wind.Put my 9.0sail and nova board together. The wind
started to pick up out of the W and it was great for awhile. I barely got back
because the winds were picking up. Hopped on my other rig and got some great
runs in. Then it got wild,6,6sail was way to much.I made it back and almost
rigged my 4.0 sail which would have been perfect.IT stayed up for about a half
an hour. I waited and went back out on my 6.6 which was good for about 45
min.Was a pretty good day, ,just had to wait a little and have a few sails
rigged.Bill

blowing tomorrow. Heck, it is now 3:00 AM and
it is already blowing 20-30. It is supposed to be rainy too, so some
type of wetsuit shorty would be nice. I have to work so I can't play,
but maybe I can drive by Cox's Park on my way home from work to see if
you or anyone else is still out there.
I was emailed by one Louisville local that he was going to Patoka Lake
tomorrow. I hope you both have great wind and no lightning.
Happy sailing,
Creston
