Dear Fellow Windsurfers

I am posting this to ask you for your support by voting for me in an online
competition I am in. By helping me you will ultimately be helping others because
I have pledged to support various charities including a large donation to The
Fire Fighter Charity should I ultimately win.

I am a Retained Firefighter in East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service and about a
month ago I entered a car competition know as "The People's Reviewer".

Out of all those who applied to enter the competition, the organisers whittled
the field down to just 9 people which included myself. We were all given a VW
Tiguan for a week together with filming equipment with which to film some
footage for a review.

The first two heats (3 finalists in each) have already been decided and the
winners are through to the final. My success in the final heat depends entirely
upon getting the greatest number of online votes.

are also some other short clips on this web page, one of which simulates an
emergency firefighter call out and a funny reference to Jeremy Clarkson at the
end.

Currently I am on 31% of the vote with Harriet on 41%. If you do like my review
then please support me by voting for me. If I make it through to the final then
I will need your support again but all voters will get a reminder by the
promoters.

If I am successful in winning I have pledged to donate the sales proceeds of my
old Peugot to Fire Fighter Charity http://bit.ly/7s1ll and also a further £500
is going to a local Children's Charity with a similar amount to a High School
fund.

voting deadline is this Sunday, 16 August and all online votes are entered into
