My river is not frozen over, and the water level is perfect.  Next weekend If anyone is interested you can knock the ice off your boat and come on up to the Lehigh for some attaining.

I like to paddle up for either 25 to 55 minutes.  and then sprint back down.  Some of the attainments are technically difficult, some require vigorous paddling.  If you like a challenge this is fun.  Length of the workout will depend on you.

Saturday around 1200 at Glen Onoko.  I will paddle my wavehopper, because I hate fixing boats.  And that little bit extra turning ability helps quite a bit with some of the attainments.  However a regular wildwater boat would be fine.  I've also done it in my slalom boat hundreds of times.

If you are not able to pull off big attainments you might want to pass on this one until the river level gets lower.  Summer attaining here is still fun, but there isn't anything that's really going to give you the willies.

If nobody responds I will just go alone like usual, but I can't promise what time I'll be out there.  This deal is good all year long.  I highly suggest this to anyone who loves training and racing, especially wildwater.
