Hello, well the time is nearly upon us when i scale the length of britian with one lucky bike between my thighs...
 
Any sponsorship would be greatfully received, for those who dont kno... I'm cycling Jog to LE to raise money for the Walton Neuroscience Unit, which is based in Walton near Liverpool and is a specialist unit in the UK for patients with serious brain injuries.  I'm attempting with a friend to raise £1000 and with your help could accomplish this feat.

27th July - John O'Groats - Golstie
28th July - Golstie to Invermoriston
29th July -Invermoriston to Ardlui
30th July - Ardlui to Moffat
31st July - Moffat to Kendal
1st August - Kendal to Shrewsbury
2nd August - Shrewsbury to Little Sudbury
3rd August - Little Sudbury to Oakehampton
4th August - Oakehampton to Treyoran Bay
5th August - Treyoran Bay to Lands End

 

Ofcourse for those of you asking (perhaps even mike holden might be thinking this) yes there will be a daily blog and photos posted of our progress.  Even if your a bit scint at the moment, the dates on this route are final so beer racing can be arranged if anyone is up to the challenge...
