I live in Poughkeepsie which is about 1 1/2 hour Northeast of NYC. I tend to run the Housatonic in CT when it is running and am searching for other places to go this Spring/Summer. I have 2 Ripboards and all of the accoutrements. I go with my 17 year old son but am always looking for new people to take along.
