Brian,

How late will they release water - understand you will be around for
2 more weeks - I make an annual trip East from Colorado for Gauley
and spend a couple weeks on both sides of that weekend trying
different rivers.

Rob, yeah, duct tape is great for some things but for fins, not so much! I remember trying that a few years ago and being in excruciating pain, not realizing...
