Hi! I'm moving to the PacNW, after living in CA for many years. I discovered
Riverboarding on
the South Fork American back in 2002, have done many runs there, as well as
guide school
(to learn more about rivers) and Swift Water Rescue (SRT1) with Julie Munger
(she boarded the
Grand Canyon with 2 other women!) I trained on the lower Kern a bit and boarded
there, as
well as on the Kings and the E Fork Carson (the hot springs did not make up for
the lack of
significant whitewater and the snow melt!)

Anyway, I am looking for advice on fun runs around Portland, and for folks
interested in
