technical preparation is vital for achieving high <br>level
performance in the sport of tennis. But no matter what level
<br>you compete at- league play, high school, college or
professional, <br>psychological factors can play an important
role in attaining <br>sporting excellence. Years ago,
Soviet studies done using athletes <br>in various sports
and at all levels of proficiency discovered that one
<br>out of every three athletes performed below his or
