Mountain bikers,

Hope everyone had a good time at Parkfield; I wish I could have been
there.

Just writing to give a little advance notice about the races next
weekend (October 11 & 12), at Toro Park, in Salinas.

First, a flyer will be up in the very near future. I apologize for the
delay in getting information out.

Second, on that flyer, it will be noted that there is NO CAMPING at
Toro Park. This is obviously unfortunate, but such is life. There are,
however, a number of affordable lodging options, including some
(paying) campsites.

Third, Toro Park does NOT permit the consumption of alcohol on its
premises. I've been assured that rangers will be patrolling and
writing citations if necessary.

That's all for now. Team captains/leaders/officers, could you pass
this on to your teams?
