Promoters,

Once again, I will remind you that promoting teams are responsible for
ensuring that all riders registering to race are members of teams who are
eligible to race.

This is a serious issue. Allowing riders/teams to race who are not eligible
opens you, the WCCC, the NCCA and USA Cycling up to potential lawsuits
should someone get hurt and decide to sue. It is your responsibility to
ensure that your registration staff are properly trained, and know to check
every license and team without exceptions. No license, no race. If the team
isn't current, they don't race.

Promoting teams who allow riders/teams to race who aren't eligible will not
be allowed to host an event next year. Period. This is non-negotiable.
