What did you think of Val's 3-minute routine at the 2006 IFBB Palm Beach Pro
show?

o It was awesome.... hopefull this will start a trend in figure
o Some elements of it were nice, I'd like to see these elements integrated
into contests
o Interesting, but not much can be done to change the IFBB figure division
o I didn't like it. Figure should stick to quarter turns.
