The Regal One was kind enough to put together her upcoming schedule
for the Waugamaniacs group, so that we can come out and support her
efforts whenever possible. In an email received 6/30, here's how
she says her upcoming schedule is looking:

July 8th Valerie's CHAMP CAMP in my hometown Cleveland, OH at
Rezults Downtown Fitness.
-10am-4pm. a full day of helpful information on nutrition, exercise,
goal-setting, and intro to figure.
-lunch at Octane Cafe after a body blast workout
-only 5 spots left

July 15th NPC Texas State Championships in Houston, TX
-I will be handing out trophies on stage
-I am taking appointments for one-on-one posing sessions, $50 for
each 1/2 hour

August 12th Nutrition Forum Show in Columbus, OH promoted by Jason
Dhir
-I will have booth promoting some fitness tools that I use, my
restaurant Octane Cafe, and photos for sale.
-I will also be teaming up with some other pros for a
figure/modeling seminar from 2-3pm
-the show will be featuring many of the top supplement companies
with tons of great products at a discount price
-many top male and female pros will be there
-a flyer will be coming out soon with more details.

August 19-20th Mind-Body-Spirit EXPO in Cleveland, OH at The Plain
Dealer Pavilion (Nautica Complex)
-I will be doing a yoga dance performance with a group called Love-
in-Motion
-lots of cool vendors promoting yoga, reiki, bodywork, massage,
reflexology, aura imaging, and more with
feature speakers, mini-workshops, music, and lectures.

September 15-16th North American Championships in Cleveland, OH at
the Renaissance Hotel downtown
-I plan to be involved with promoting and helping at the show.
-I will also be promoting my restaurant Octane Cafe as it is located
a few blocks away.
-I am considering offering one-on-one posing sessions for compitors
or anyone attending the show
($50 for each 1/2 hour session)

September 29-30th 2006 OLYMPIA in Las Vegas, NV
-I WILL BE COMPETING! I'm so excited. Only 3 months away!
-not certain if I will be working at any booths yet, but I will keep
you posted.

October 7-8th West Palm Pro Figure in West Palm, FL promoted by
Sophie Crompton
-I will be doing my first ever GUEST PERFORMANCE!
-I will also be very involved with promoting and helping out at the
show
-It takes place at a wonderfully intimate theatre in the City Place
entertainment complex
