Hello everyone -
We try hard to go with the flow here, but I totally agree with Kim. It seems excessive to have to travel to Connecticut a day early and stay overnight just for a practice session which is so late at night that it is possible it will have a negative impact on the skaters.

Just a thought here and I hate to be the devils advocate. But is it necessary for 12 minutes on the ice to keep the young ones out that late? Would a good nights sleep serve us better? I understand it is nice for them to be on the ice where they will be skating before a competition but we have skated before without first seeing the ice.

Practice ice on Saturday in CT is both teams together, on ice times are:
Preliminary 9:24pm-9:36pm
Open Juvenile 9:36pm-9:48pm
After I speak with the coaches and team managers I'll make sure we put
out a schedule at practice tomorrow (sooner if possible). I suggest
arrival at the destination sometime before the dinner hour Saturday evening.
