Hi, my name is Camden Lee and I played at Blair High School from
'04-'07. This past fall I made an Ultimate Guide for Blair. It has a
lot of the basic information and strategy that teams could use. There
is information about things like stacking, zone, and basic rules. I
thought I would make it available for after seeing Will's email. This
guide will provide you with good information, but it won't make you an
Easterns contender. It is up to you guys to build your team over the
years and make the DC area one of the strongest youth Ultimate areas.
