#1- Ultimate techniques and Tactics available at your local book store.
#2- ultifris.blogspot.com... Specifically look for parinella, zaslow, and mlsmith
#3- ultimatehandbook.com (you can find a link to this on the UPA website under developing ultimate)
#4- upa.org... tell the upa Will sent you.
