Just over a week ago I sent you all an email that asked for the following information
what school you are,
when you want to start,
if your team has girls,
the level of difficulty you preffer (A, B or C?)
So far only 6 high schools have replied YHB, TJ, Blair, BCC, JDS, and GDS (middle schools are a seperate deal)
If there are other schools that would like to participate they should get on it.
This is not hard information for you to muster.
Reply to Evan who is cc'd above.
I have 2 additional items for you
1) Let evan know if your school wants to play on Palm Sunday. In addition to its religious context it is the first weekend of spring break and many folks will be away. Take a poll and tell Evan if you want a game then.
2) If you have women, we have an opportunity for them to play. March 24th as a part of our YHB invitational we will be having a womens tourney. We currently are expecting at least 3 all womens teams: YHB from VA, Paint Branch from MD, and Columbia from NJ. There are 3 Philly area womens teams that may be there as well, or they may combine into a PA All Stars group. I would like to see us combine the few women from each WAFC jr teams into one "DC All Stars" team for the event.
Its a great chance for the girls to get to play a lot of ultimate and have fun. They will return to your school as better players from all the experience they will get. They get to be the handlers, they get to be the stars and they dont have to worry about cooties. Have your women contact me if they would like to participate in this.
