Yo man, I was just wondering what the difference between A, B, and CI have no idea, its basically a stab in the dark to see how good you think you are.
difficulty levels are. I know they are different, but it would be great
to know how difficult A will be and how easy C will be. Do you remember
what difficulty W-L was last year? Thanks.

Dear Will-
AT the meeting I just suggested A or B and everybody there put A because nobody wanted to be in the low division. I was hoping by having 3 divisions most teams would be B and only a few would think they were really hot stuff or really bad.
The best meterics you can use are:
How did we do last year and how do we compare to last years team?
The first is easiest to quantify: what was your win/loss record? How did you do in DEF JAM or Sidwell Cup? If you made the finals (or maybe even semi finals) of either that would be A level. If you were in the top bracket but lost early, or if you won the bottom bracket that'd be B and if you lost in the bottom C.
Its tougher to compare you now vs you then. Everybody always graduates their seniors who are normally thier top stars. But how do this years seniors compare to last years? Sheer number is a good basis for comparison - do you have 5 senior or 2 or 15? Do you have any awesome athletes that you didn't have last year? How many of last years top 7 are back?
At HB this year we are feeling good because we only lost 6 of our 18 varsity. Next year we are going to lose 11 of those guys plus a handfull of other seniors so we'll have to work harder. Thats the kind of thinking you can do...
