Hi Eddie,

I'll pass on that one (lame pun). If I said there were then you
would figure out who failed so I'm not going to go there. To my
knowledge no one in Europe has an 8th dan from JKF Wadokai and the
only non Japanese in Europe with a 7th dan is Marco Nicovic from
Serbia. In fact Nicovic is the only non Japanese JKF Wadokai 7th
dan in the world.
