Hi David ,

The applications are huge , arm bars , finger locks , neck break , knock
outs , pressure point application , limb destruction , defencive techniques
against pushes , grabs , punches , then if you want to get into it , yin
yang theory , quadrant theory ,wave form tecnique , stance application and
im sure there are some ive forgotten .
