Re: Kihon versus Kata

My apologies to Arnold and Tim (and others) for not responding to their answers.

I needed time out to refocus on training here at home, toddle off to the US for
a short time and get my new lifestyle block off the ground. And adopt a new dog.
And grade. And start recovery from "frozen shoulder".

Will read responses as and when I can. I didn't expect the thread to grow so
much!

Quick question - has anyone here read L.A. Kane and Kris Wilder's book The Way
of Kata: A Comprehensive Guide for Deciphering Martial Applications? I'm
interested in anyone's thoughts. I picked it up and read it some weeks ago.

Cheers

Brian
