Hi Maicon
Going by Shingo Oghamis' book on wado kata. They are two seperate moves one
Jun Zuki in Jun Zuki stance and one Gyaku Zuki in Gyaku Zuki stance. However,
Wadokai have standardized it so you should land in Gyaku Zuki stance and remain
in it for both punches (no movement) stance stays the same. Which way does your
Sensei teach?

viewed as two separate punches but a double punch and as such the stance does
not change but I could be wrong.

in Jun Zuki Dachi, Gyaku Zuki Dachi or change the stance from Jun Zuki Dachi to
Gyaku Zuki Dachi ?
