All,

I don't think the Head of the Potomac will happen on Saturday but I still
would like to have things set up. The Butt family sells T-shirts and
concessions at the regatta. The regatta is named after W-L Crew's founder
Charlie Butt. The Butt family uses the proceeds from this regatta to give
out the Charlie Butt Scholarship each year to a single W-L Crew senior rower
for $1,000. I have 3 people signed up. I need at least 3 more. As I said I
don't think this even will happen due to Isabel but we should be ready and
willing to help a family that has given so much to our program and continues
to do so.

Please let me know if you are able to help Saturday, time I need help are
from 7am-11am and 11am-3pm. The work will consist again of helping running
concessions and selling t-shirts at both PBC and Thompson’s Boat Center.
