All,

The plans are set. Due in impending bad weather it is safer to go ahead and
move the equipment even if nothing ends up happening, which I doubt. So at
this point:

We need all able bodies to meet at the boathouse at 3:30pm or as soon as
possible after school. This will be a little difficult as there is no direct
way to get down so I will need parents and senior drivers to help. I will
also be at school to take a few people down. At minimum we will need 20
people. We should all meet in the cafeteria, let's say near the end close to
the band and theater side. Please don't leave until we know everyone who can
go down has a ride.

I know that several people have other obligations but I would ask you to
look at this as a special case. I am not asking to help out of want but
need. Loading the trailer only happens easily with those of you who have had
lots of experience with doing it. It should not take long given enough
bodies are available. I don't think it should take more then 1 1/2 hours
given the right set of circumstances.

We will really only have one shot at this so please consider taking the time
to help (kids). There is no panic with this move but we will need the help
to insure things go smoothly and quickly.
