Now is the time that some of you may be choosing not to continue with us.
Some are off to do other activities and opportunities, and others have
graduated. If you wish to be removed from these lists you can do it
yourself.

Just look at the bottom of any message from this list as it is at the bottom
of this message and it will state to send a message to an e-mail an e-mail
address that is provided and you will be removed from the list. You can do
it at any time. It's the same process as when you joined the list.
