George, I can use all the help I can get thanks.

Basically, I am a Landscape Architect with experience in both small (0.5
acres) and large (300 acres) scale private land development (residential
and commercial). Not much residential development going on at the
moment... hence my current predicament. I am also an experienced
Military Master Planner.

On the side, I have designed and supervised the installation of several
private residential gardens in the area. If it is in Arlington or parts
of Fairfax I can bring in a very experienced Landscaper and Stone Mason
in who I have total confidence. If the job is outside of their area
I have some other contacts who can provide the installation service. My
rates are reasonable, if someone mentions "W-L Crew" they will get
"Friend" prices.
