Just to remind the girls yet again there will be GIRLS team meeting after school in Sarah Harrick's room I think 242 tomorrow.
The boys workout schedule will be as follows
Monday - 3:15-5:30 Fridge(concession stand at the football field)
Tuesday - 4:00-6:00 Weight room then ergs
Wed - 3:15-5:30 Fridge
Thurs - 4:00-6:00 Weight room then ergs
Friday - 3:15-4:15/30 Fridge
Saturday OFF
Sunday OFF
BE ON TIME...unless you want to spend extra time because we start late.
Novice are encouraged to attend as many days as they can but looking for at least Monday, Wed, Fri.
Bring spand-ex and water. I'm seeing too many basketball shorts and the water will be turned off soon. At least 2 water bottles per person.
Heart Rate monitors are not a must but are helpful since most of our workouts will be based on HR and not on split. We are going to train smarter not harder.
