Dear Parents,
The poinsettia sale is well underway and your rower's first batch of
orders is due to the captains or to Sarah Herrick's room (in the
designated box) on Monday, November 19. The second order due date is
November 26 and then your rowers will be picking up their orders for
delivery on Saturday December 1 and 8, respectively depending on
which date you turn in the orders.

This is where Myra and I need your help! On the evening of Friday,
November 30, morning of Saturday December 1, evening of December 7
and morning of December 8 we need parents to help sort the orders and
distribute them to the rowers. We also need parents to man the
poinsettia sale table at the Holiday Bazaar, also on December 1.

I am asking through this email for volunteers to help out at these
various shifts. Some of you have already signed up and that is
great! No need to sign up again, I have your names. However, we
need more parents. This is a labor intensive event and we ideally
need 5 parents for each shift to distribute and 2 parents to man the
Holiday Bazaar table at each shift/

"reply all" if you are able to assist us. Give us your name, time(s)
you wish to volunteer and your email and we will mark you down. See
