All,Please take advantage of this offer if you can or need. Remember I am requiring a current Physical to participate with winter conditioning. So this is a very simple and quick fix. I've heard that if you have Kaiser Permanente it is hard to get them to fill out the VHSL physical from with is a must.Derek--Forwarded Message Attachment--

Subject: VHSL physicals November 8thDear Colleagues,
Would you please take the time to inform your students on Monday and Thursday that W-L is offering VHSL Sports Physicals on Thursday November the 8th starting at 5:30? The physicals are $30.00, and if you are aware of students who are financially unable toafford this please direct them to Carol for special accommodations. Please let the students know their school physical is not the same as the VHSL physical, and if they are interested in trying out for winter or spring teams, a completed VHSL form is a requirement. There is a sign up sheet on the front of the activities office door. Blank VHSL physical forms can also be found in the activities office.
We will have two orthopedic surgeons and a general medicine doctor conducting the physicals.
Winter and Spring Coaches would you please let your returning players know of this opportunity.
To my Physical Education colleagues, if it is not too much of an inconvenience would you please consider allowing your interested students to sign up for their physical at the start of PE class? It will take a student less than a minute to leave the Gym, sign up for a physical and return to class.
Thank you all for your efforts in getting the word out to our winter and spring athletes.
Regards,
Andy
