For those participating in Mid-Atlantic Erg Sprints on Saturday the times
for your events have changed a little.
Suggestions:
Make sure you get a good night sleep and fluids tonight. The day before is
not soon enough to be rested and hydrated.
Show up at least 1.5 hours before your event to get registered, settled and
have time to warm up before your event.
There is some food and drink for sale at the event. Everyone who
participates gets a T-shirt.
We will have a bunch of people participating so look for us. We usually pick
the top of the first set of bleachers. Directions and location for the event
can be found on the website but it should only be about 15 minutes at the
most from most locations in Arlington. Hope to see you all there.
