Hello W-L Crew Families --
The 2007 season approaches!
Just a reminder that January 17 is the deadline for the "early bird" dues offer of $325. After that date the regular dues amount of $350 applies.
To register for the 2007 W-L Crew season, please complete and sign the Crew registration form and the USRowing liability waiver. Both of these documents are available on the W-L Crew website at:
Send those two documents and the dues check (payable to W-L Crew Boosters) to me at the address below. Also, before any rower is allowed on the water in late February, two additional forms must be completed:
1. School Athletic Participation Form: This form includes the physical exam report signed by a physician. The completed form must be given to the trainer at W-L and the "pink slip" receipt from the trainer given to the crew coach.
2. Emergency Care Form: Complete and return to the crew coach.
