All,

The Butt Family and PBC could use some help with the Head of the Potomac.
The Butt Family sells T-Shirts/concessions and is going to raffle off a bike
this year. The proceeds go to funding the Charlie Butt Scholarship for W-L
Crew. PBC will need some help with "Rock Sitters". A couple of people
throughout the regatta will need to be on the rocks as lookouts. They are
used to make sure no one runs into the rock while racing and also make sure
they stay on the course. Anyone who cuts corners and goes outside bouys is
assessed a penalty.

The regatta is October 2nd

Volunteers that I need:

Two for the Friday afternoon to evening before Oct. 1st - To help with
registration and bike raffle
Two for Saturday morning to late morning help the Butt Family
Two for Saturday late morning to afternoon help the Butt Family
any volunteers to help with rock sitting during the regatta. I don't know
what the shifts will be like yet.

I know it's early to be asking but I just want to make sure we get enough to
help out. I need the help for the Butt family for sure(minimum 6
volunteers).

I believe volunteers get a free T-Shirt and maybe lunch.
