Just a quick reminder to register earlier rather than later. With games being in different fields and at different times, don't hope that registration will stay open for your preferred night. Current registration numbers are posted on VOTS website.
Other than that, we're looking for captains and league shirt designs.
If you played last league, you know that Joe Graham was immortalized by having his design selected for league t-shirt. Well, now is your chance! Get those designs in. I know a few of you waited too long last league. So, don't let that happen again.
The last thing, for now, is captains. We always need captains. Ok, that's not true. We always need captains until we
have enough captains. At this point in time, WE NEED CAPTAINS!!! You can indicate it on your registration that you'd like to captain, or you can send me an email. Each team needs one male and one female captain. And, don't worry if you're new to ultimate. A captain is responsible for minor logistical issues, passing along info, and helping to keep the VOTS machine running smoothly. If you know who you'd like to captain with (and they agree) let me know that, too.

Subject: [vots] Fall League 2008 -- Registration Is Open!
Sixteen coed teams, two nights, finals on a Saturday. League, just
like it's supposed to be!
Tuesday games will primarily be at Riverview (with the possibility of
late season games at Diablo or SSC) at 6 or 8pm. Thursday games will
be at 8pm, primarily at Scottsdale Sports Complex with some September
games at Diablo.
If you have a firm preference for night or place, please register
early. If you know someone who is interested in playing, let them
know that registration is open.
Registration will close on Sept. 2nd **or** when the registration cap
(176 men and 80 women) is met.
