Hey all.

 

I just wanted to mention a couple adjustments that we, as a community, need to make for this particular league.  As is normally the case, as we play throughout the valley on different fields in different cities, we need to abide by an ever-changing set of rules.

 

1. No bottles.  I cannot stress this enough.  Please bring cups if you bring bottles.

2. Please be off the fields when the lights go out at 10pm.  Playing at SSC means they need to log the parking lot and secure the fields.

3. Please be off the property by 10:15pm.

Failure to comply with the above rules will likely result in me frowning at you and your captain, who should then join me in frowning at you, to hopefully be followed by your teammates in the vicinity also frowning at you.

 

Seriously though, the league and the VOTS community are meant to be fun.  We can do this as long as we continue to maintain respect for the game, each other, and the cities that allow us to play on their fields.
