6.30pm Eco Centre StKilda.

Please confirm by return email with your full name, address and phone
numbers so we can update our records. If we don't have this information you
are inelligible to vote. It will also help us in judging numbers.

AGM details
to receive from the Committee reports upon the transactions of the
Association during the last preceding financial year; and
to elect officers of the Association and the ordinary members of the
Committee; and
to receive and consider the statement submitted by the Association in
accordance with section 30(3) of the Act.

Basically , what have we done since we incorporated, how are we going
financially, who wants to assist us in the future by joining the committee
