Dear
cycling friends,
As
many of you would know the CPF received TAC funding in 2008 to develop video
clips for bicycle riders to avoid potential risks when riding in traffic.
This
email is to let you know that we are back on for producing these clips on
Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th January 2009.
The
filming is planned from 9am to 5pm, although one of the scenarios on Wednesday
14th January will need to be filmed after hours.
If
you previously volunteered to assist, can you contact me by Sunday 11th January
(M: 0407 825 467, email: office@...) to verify that you can be available on either of
these three days. If you cannot volunteer, please pass on these details to
anyone you know would be interested.
The
production requires volunteers to be available for a minimum of 3 hours on one
of the days. Most actors will only need to cycle and not speak at all. We also
need to some volunteers with cars for the scenario on car doors. The filming
will be happening in the City of Yarra and the City of Port Phillip.
The
CPF will be able to reimburse people for travelling costs, meals and child care
costs if required.
