For those of us with longer memories may recall just over 4-5 years ago
the bike station concept was criticised by some parties, and now it's
being enthustically taken up. It will be interesting to observe how this
local model develops, considering that JCDecaux maybe considering
bringing the Vélib model of public bike rentals to Melbourne.
