Bicycle Victoria Ride Leader Accreditation Program
Bicycle Victoria is developing a program for the accreditation of ride leaders. The program aims include increasing accessibility to led rides for novice and intermediate riders. In support of this aim, an Accredited Ride Leader will be afforded third party and public liability protection.
Bicycle Victoria is calling for experienced ride leaders to assist in the following aspects of the program's development:
We are looking to convene a small group of approximately five to brainstorm and assist with these criteria and guidelines. We are particularly interested in hearing from groups such as BUG representatives that have experience in running led rides and/or delivering training to ride leaders.
