Hello there all you BUGgers!
Further to Chris' email today I am attaching the volunteer roster I have worked out for the combined BUG stall.
 
Thank you so much to everyone who has volunteered so far.  If you haven't actually put your name down but you would
still like to help out on the day please feel free to come on down.  The more the merrier - as it will give everyone
a chance to look around the festival and to cool off!
 
The CPF/BUG stall can be found in the Transport Hub in St Paul's Court (opposite St Paul's Cathedral).  The stall's number is S4.
 
Remember it's gonna be HOT HOT HOT on the weekend - so bring along water, sunscreen and your smiles :0)
 
I have also attached the bump-in PDF which explains in detail where the stall is situated and gives a run-down on
what we can and can not bring.  Something to remember is that this is a Sustainable Living Festival which means
we should refrain from being wasteful etc.  We must comply with the Foundations "waste wise" agreement (see the attached PDF).

promote cycling and our BUG's all at the same time!
