Hi Chris,
I haven't been involved in the festival before so I was just wondering what happens with all the gear each evening of the festival?  Is everything locked up on-site or do we need to pack and then unpack each day?  Also, what time do the volunteers need to get there in the morning?  Right on 10am or a little before?
