Bike riding for the lazy: down hill and down wind.
Catch the train out from Flinders St for an easy ride (~10km) back to the
city, with the wind at your back - route will depend on wind direction.

6.30pm - Meet at the floral clock - St Kilda Rd, city, opposite the National
Gallery.
What: This valentine's let the object of your affection know how you
really feel.
Come and express the loving bond you have with your favourite bicycle.
Bike decorating, bike poetry, bike commitment ceremonies and rider and
steed photography.
Bring: poetry, flowers, bike love flags and propaganda, stickers, paint,
glitter....
Finish: in Fitzroy

Beach Ride - one hot night in Feb - register for date - [BFM]
******************************************************
Date TBA (hot weather required) - Join the bicycle beach party as we ride to
the sea for a swim and fish 'n' chips on a hot summer night. But because we
don't know the weather in advance, we can't set the date. So you need to
email your mobile phone number to beachriders@... or SMS ³Beach² to
0439 88 00 93. Then when a hot night (over 25 degrees) is forecast in the
next day or two, you will be sent an SMS giving the time (evening) & place
(CBD) for the ride start.

7PM - Carlton Inn/University Sqr. - cnr of Pelham & Leicester Sts, Carlton
For the second year running, nekkid cyclists will appear in the streets of
Melbourne with cheeky dreams of a better world. Go as bare as you dare!
Yes really it is fun. No your seat won't be uncomfortable. Yes everyone
loves it.
Depart 8PM.

Fri 23 March - Super Hero vs Super Villain Ride - [BFM]

7.30pm - It’s time to snap on the spandex and legitimately put ya undies
on the outside!
Super Heros unite in the phone booths opposite the South Melbourne town
hall. Super Villains converge and look bad ass on the South Melbourne town
hall steps. There will be much dashing, thwarting, abducting of small
furry animals and saving stuff all in the name of good and evil… Bike Fun
and it’s associated subsidiaries assume no responsibility for capes caught
in spokes. Please wear your undies responsibly.
