Hi all,

In addition to having a shared BUG stall at the show,
your BUG can have two free adult passes, ie: a maximum
of 12 passes are available.

The BA show organisers need to know what names are to
be printed on the passes by this Friday, September 8.

These passes will be available to be picked up on
Saturday 14 October, at the door, Exhibition
Buildings.

Otherwise I've been assured the name rego process can
be quite lengthy on the day, if you prefer to leave it
until the actual show date.

****So please let me know who from your BUG will be
able to attend by this Friday****

As long the person named is a member of your BUG.

(Any member of your BUG could use their ticket, as
long as the gender matches up!)
