This is the "official" list for the Encino Velodrome and is for the discussion of velodrome riding and racing in Southern California and primarely the Encino (CA) Velodrome. All changes in the riding schedule for the velodrome will be posted here regarding rain closures, etc. The list is open to all but approval is needed before membership to stop spamming.
