Due to more bicycle volunteer projects than he can handle, Todd Scott
has turned over ownership of the velodrome email group to me. I can
not thank him enough for over five years of moderating the list.

I sincerely believe that we would not have been able to successfully
complete the velodrome project without your help with the velodrome
email list. Hopefully, everyone who reads this will appreciate your
efforts.
