Sorry if sales isn't condoned on this list, but.....
I've got some used keirin equipment (my in-laws were professional keirin
racers and I've still got some friends currently racing in Japan) for sale
that I'm thinking of hauling down to the track some time this spring, but
if anyone would like to make offers on them please do so & I'll post the
highest offered prices to the top of each page for the next couple weeks.

King Speed
http://www.potterspix.com/misc/track-frames/silver-king-speed/
- seat-tube, top- to- center: 51.2 cm
- top-tube, ctr to ctr: 53.975 cm
- drop-out - to -drop-out: 95.25 cm
- condition is pretty beat-up, but all superficial, surface stuff
- The King Speed was my brother-in-laws during the peak of his career in
keirin. King Speed was my father-in-law's frame maker of choice for pretty
much his whole 35 yr. career in keirin (he won the national keirin
championship in the early 60's & he's still ranked 7th for number of career
victories at just under 900), so his son rode them for a while too; this
frame is stamped on the BB as made in the 61st year of the Emperor
(Hirohito) or 1986.
Vivalo
http://www.potterspix.com/misc/track-frames/white-vivalo/
- don't have the measurements; the bike is currently on loan to a friend
who found out it's too big for her.
- The Vivalo is very close to mint and while currently setup for road
training is an all out racing machine with stickers on the seat tube from
the last series of races it was used in. It belonged to my brother-in-law
and was raced towards the end of his 20 year career in keirin (10+ years in
the S1 class, the top class of keirin; he raced against Nakano many times
and beat him a few times at his peak).
I have a bunch of misc. keirin parts too (stems, bars, chainwheels, cogs, 1
more wheel-set w/ matching Dura Ace hubs, rims) and a whole bunch of
lightly used keirin racing sew-up tires (keirin rules require new tires
after just a few races, so each time they're raced each tire gets stamped
in red ink w/ that track's seal, so these ex-race tires are of the absolute
highest quality and barely show any signs of wear; they're extremely light
and feature a unique valve which require a special Japanese air pump (I
have one of those too). I haven't inventoried these yet; interested
parties will get the details as soon as I get them together.
I'm still working on getting some info. from some resources in Japan on
these frames, especially the Erbas since they don't identify the frame
tubing manufacturer. Anyway, drop me a line if you're interested or would
like to make an offer on one or all of the framesets.
